FINESORB-3010 is the newest automatic catalyst characterization instrument in FINETEC  Instruments company. Using this instrument for FINESORB-3010 can carry on program temperature chemical characterization on the condition of non-aided instruments and determine on metal chromatic dispersion, relative activity, absorption strength, acidity neutrality etc. TCD detector inside analyzes the volume of absorption cubage and connects gas phase chromatogram to mass spectrograph. At the same time FINESORB 3010 connects multiple carrier gas to reaction gas. There are multiple carrier gas and reactive gas and mix with certain gas mixture inside instrument. Temperature change with wide scope and temperature control with high precision ensure measure precision, at one time it enhances choice instrument according to the requirement of users and exerts the most practicability and flexibility.

Theorys
TPD temperature programmed desorption
Under the diverse temperature with the amount of gas absorption determines activity central quantity, types and fusibility on the surface of catalyst. After degasification, reduction and other surface treatment of the sample, analyzes gas and the activated composition reaction for sample, temperature programmed desorption on the condition of carrier gas.
Under the certain temperature, heat energy will get over activity energy and make the breaking for bond between absorbate and sorbent, then absorption substance will be desorbed. If there are the diversity activity metal, absorption substance usually will be desorbed under the diverse temperature. Desorption molecules enter into inertia gas flow and their concentration will be measured by thermal conductivity cell. From TPD graph can obtain related inform such as desorption peak, desorption temperature point.
 
TPR temperature programmed reduction
TPR can determine the amount of catalyst reduction composition and show the temperature when occur to reduction. TPR usually requires catalyst is one of Oxide, namely including metal element can be deoxygenated. When the temperature for sample that is analyzed by mixture gas which mix up reaction gas and carrier gas is variational in linearity, reaction gas will be consumed and make the change of mixture gas composition. At the same time from this way can get the amount of hydrogen consumption through calculating the area of peak which is showed on the graph of TPR.
 
TPO temperature programmed Oxide
    TPO is one of methods that test the extent for catalyst being oxided. Usually on condition that catalyst is the base metal or the base metal which is transacted by reduction pretreatment, 2 percent of reaction gas which is mixed oxygen with carrier gas transits the sample with the methods of pulse inject sampling or stable air current. When the temperature programmed rises, oxidation will be reacted in certain temperature, then consume oxygen and make the proportion change for the gas of mixture. It measures the consumption of oxygen by detectors.
 
PT pulse titration
Pulse titration determines activity surface area and crystalloid average granularity of sample through measuring the pulse of reactive gas which transited sample. The chemical reaction for gas and activity composition reacts by many times till all the reaction is finished. Once activity reaction finish, the volume of input and output gas into sample tube is not changed. It forms the same pulse peak on the graph and can calculate surface and average granularity through the area of peak on the graph.

Air refrigeration〞temperature for open-wide furnace ( shell model ) can be lower rapidly, can choose refrigerating machine to refrigerate rapidly.
Equip with low temperature --- the scope of temperature from -100 begin to rise.
Temperature control 每temperature for pipeline, steam generator, furnace, TCD can be controlled by number.
Thermal conductivity cell ---  four arms rhenium tungsten filament TCD, high linearity, high accuracy, high sensitivity and high stability.
Smallest dead cubage --- valve with small cubage and pipe with 3mm lessen the dead cubage so lessen the deviation of peak.

Sample bracket --- big size U pipe can be convenient to carrier and wash for sample including powder, stick and pill shape.
Sample carrier --- sample tube that is taken freely can carry sample convenient.
 
Safety
Heated pipeline 每 all the pipeline, valve and liquid steam instruments is heated in order to prevent from condensation.
Security --- over-temperature of furnace is independent protected, decompression valve with air-proof, detected valve, electronic current circuit breaker, fuse, system design for ineffective secure protect.

Program control
The carrier gas and reactive gas in the testing procedure, use software program controls it either use steam generator or non-use it.
The time of wind and sweep in the testing procedure can be controlled by program.
The temperature of furnace can be controlled by 30 segment program at the most. Control module have automatic adjust and learning function, precisely 0.2% FS.
The temperature of TCD thermal conductivity cell can be controlled by programming and always keep on the high precise constant temperature, 0.2% FS precisely.
Numerical control constant flow can be outputted by programming and keep the high precise of constant flow, 0.1% precisely
The temperature of steam generator can be controlled by programming. Choose suitable temperature in accordance to gas temperature of liquid.
The temperature of proof condenser system for pipeline and gas route can be programming in order to instrument can be used in the bad condition.
 
Data processing and report
Software in the test processing can record and show some important parameter. After test process data sampled automatically.
Data tested processes report and can be marked by hand.
Data can booted Excel or Origin
Choose mode to print report.
 

Sample analyze Steps
1. According to testing sample determines test procedure, choose carrier gas and reactive gas, choose rate of speed of furnace rise in temperature.
2. Set up the software parameter and controlling parameter according to determined procedure.
3. With begin dynamic test, observe TCD sign curve and furnace temperature curve through monitoring windows.
4. Make test data show as the report for printing. Or make data boot Excel or Origin for continuing to analyze.
